Following up on the series of activities, on the afternoon of the same day, the scientific seminar themed “AI Applications in Smart Manufacturing and Automation,” co-chaired by the Vietnam Automation Association and the National Agency for Science and Technology Information, concluded with great success in a hybrid format (both in-person and online). At this in-depth forum, Mr. Doan Nam Thai – Director of AVATECH, made a prominent impact with his presentation titled “Computer Vision and AI in Product Quality Inspection.” The presentation focused on clarifying how to apply Deep Learning technology into industrial camera systems to fully automate the quality control (QC) process in real-time. By replacing error-prone manual methods, AVATECH’s practical solution helps enterprises optimize operational efficiency, minimize defect rates, and reduce production costs, once again affirming the unit's capability to master technology on its journey of accompanying Vietnamese enterprises toward building smart factories.
