aVisEoL5001 - End of Line Inspection System

aVisEoL5001 is a tray and box inspection system for packaging that can be applied to a wide range of products in the food and beverage industry, such as dairy products, instant foods, confectionery, canned foods, bottles, beverage cans, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and more.

Using color-based analysis, the system performs OCR reading, 1D & 2D code recognition, surface scratch printing detection, object counting, color variation detection, missing object identification, 3D measurement, integration, Cobot compatibility, and more. Specifically, it addresses:
