3D measurement solution
Ngày: 22/03/2025
3D measurement solutions are applied in:
- Checking dimensions and tolerances of processed products: plastic injection, metal casting, CNC milling and turning, checking the quality of mold processing.
- Mold acceptance inspection: Color effects help quickly identify locations that deviate from the imposed drawing tolerances: R arcs, deviations caused by CNC machining errors such as tool change with remaining residue, material deformations of the plastic injection or molding process.
- Checking pipe profile deviations: Pipe parts are particularly difficult to measure and check on a traditional CMM. Because important information that is difficult to determine can be missed, such as: bend radius, weld flange, or cylindrical deformation locations.
- Large size inspection: Shipbuilding, aviation, and automobile industries always require specialized measurement methods. This solution allows for measuring and detecting construction errors at assembly locations, curved contours of ship hulls or gaps between components of car bodies. Helps save production costs and shorten construction time while improving production safety.
To better control the production process, especially mass production (mechanical parts, products manufactured using molds) with the 3D Inspection solution. AVA provides a 3D measurement solution with high accuracy, applied to inspect the surface of any complex part not only at a few locations, dimensions and the entire surface, helping to effectively check machining errors of parts, quickly identify manufacturing defects.
Overview of the measurement methods used.
